Everything you need to know about a G&E Private Party

Woohoo!!! So you’re interested in having a private Gold & Eight party?

If you’re needing more information about how to prepare for your private party, this is a great place to start. Whether it’s for a bachelorette party, girls-night-in, birthday party, or girls’ weekend this is such a fun element to add to the party! If you own a business and you’re looking to increase traffic to your store, you can schedule a private party! Or if you have an event coming up and you’re looking for a fun activity to offer your guests, this could be the perfect added flare!

I’ll walk you through booking, how to prep for your party, and any tips I’ve found for throwing a fun event!

Gold & Eight Private Party Fast Facts:

  • I travel to you within 1-2 hours from Hudson, WI depending on group size. If you’re located outside of that area, please inquire about your location.

  • I can accommodate groups 5-20.

  • And as the host, YOU get a Complimentary $50 towards your bracelet purchase for booking + hosting! Yay, you!

Okay, let’s get you booked. Here’s what you can expect:

Booking Your Private Party

  1. We will pick a date, time + location that works best for your group

  2. Once the details are set, I’ll send over any info that the group may need to know before the party! This can include what a permanent bracelet is, chain material and options, caring for jewelry, and policies as well as a sign-up sheet for you so that when it’s time to get the party started, bracelet applications run smoothly! I’ll confirm the sign-up sheet with you prior to your event!

  3. A couple days before I will be touching base just make sure you don’t have any last minute questions and to get a finally head count.

Things I will need at the private party venue:

  • Standard plug-in (this is a non-negotiable, I require electricity)

  • Table + 2 Chairs (preferred)

If you will be hosting your private party at a location that does not have a table and chairs, no stress! I can bring mine. Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

Now, some of the best private parties have a stellar atmosphere, here are some of my tips for hosting your Gold & Eight Private Party.

Tips for Hosting a Gold & Eight Private Party:

  • Refreshments, snacks, drinks, etc. are always a must-have. Make it a fun “girls-night-in” with some wine, cocktails, and a charcuterie board!

  • Good music. Match the vibe of the party! Whether you’ve got Beyoncé bumpin’ or some bluesy-background vibes goin’, it’ll add to the ambiance.

  • Space. If you can make sure that there’s enough space for a small card table, or you have a table already set up that can comfortably fit two people (separate from where you’re putting your snacks + drinks), it’s perfect for bracelet applications! You’ll want a little extra room for your guests to choose their chain before getting their bracelets on.

  • Share any information Gold & Eight sends prior to the party. Sometimes it’s helpful to have your guests check out The Collection on our website to get an idea of the chain(s) that they are planning on getting for their bracelet(s). If you or your guests know what options you’ve got your heart set on, I can make sure that I’m not out of stock for your party. Because my inventory can fluctuate, I cannot guarantee that I will have all chains in stock for your party.

Additionally, Gold & Eight will send any pre-party details to you beforehand and if there is any prep information for your guests, sharing that can give them ample time to prepare for the party!
